I have 1 1/2 more months on my lease and I can't wait to get out of there. The property is poorly maintained, noisy, and expensive. Didn't used to be that way, but in the last year it has gone downhill fast. My previous apt. in this complex had the pipes burst in the SAME PLACE and flood my apt. twice. Moved to a different apt. and waited 1 1/2 months to get my heater fixed correctly in the middle of winter, had the bathroom flood twice, once with raw sewage from washer drain pipe, and now can't get the A/C fixed correctly. I have filed numerous complaints about the idiot upstairs living with her parents, and who is not on the lease, stomping around at all hours day and night. It's crazy walking like she's on meth or just plain crazy. But, apt. mgmt. won't do anything about it except give me lip service. All in all, this last year has been the most miserable experience I've ever had living in an apt. Avoid this place at all cost...
