Our unit faced the pool, with that we undestood there would be SOME noise, but there were always people hopping the fence to get in the pool/hot tub late into the night/early morning hours. We made several calls to security throughout the year. We have had constant problems with a running/leaking toilet, maintenance didn't always know how to fix the problem. Finally did the work ourselves. Our power went out often. A/C was difficult to regulate due to the fact that they have not installed digital thermostats, making your electrical bill hard to budget. The workout area was full of broken machines and often times tenants would bring over their noisy children. On snow days, the walks/outside steps were not always cleared in a timely manner. They did find time to plow the parking lots-most of the time you car would be plowed in making it difficult to get out. The kitchens are very small not much pantry room and the kitchen sinks were definitely not deep enough-washing dishes. Parking spaces are very tight, if you have a nice car be prepared to pay for a garage unless you want your car doors banged up. People let their dogs poop and never picked it up, this was something that was never enforced by Camden Caley management. We could not wait to move out!
