I have already recommended this place to others. The staff is the best I've had with an apartment community. They are super friendly and there to address any concern or need you have. The grounds are always maintained great and the security of the apartment complex is great. Gated community so no worries late at night. The pool/spa and work out rooms are great. Very close to the light rail so you can take a 20 minute or so walk and be right there. Best of all it's cheaper than most any other apartment complex in the tech center area. High ceilings and big windows in the apartment are another plus. The apartment layout was perfect for me with the 1 bedroom. Others have written about noise at the pool and I lived 1 apartment away from facing it and had no complaints. The walkways and parking areas were always snow plowed during the winter and it always seemed to be timely so I didn't worry about being stuck in forever during a large snow storm. I was a little worried about living on the bottom floor and having to deal with noises from above but it was never a problem. A few loud bangs here and there but never heard music or anything that would make it a bad experience. Overall I would highly recommend this complex.
