I just read the reviews online about Carmel and I want everyone to know that the complex is under new management and the new staff seems wonderful. The new manager seems to know what she is doing and they have a leasing guy that is super nice. I like the improvements they have done to the apartments and really love living here.

What,a new Manager who only nice when someone from the corporate office is there. other wise watch out she is so rude not pleasent at all.we still have the same lazy main staff and lets not forget this so called housekeeper.no wonder they have 40 vacant units.we give her 6mos tops.
