The previous posts are very true. This place is a mess. The office and other staff are VERY rude, and unfriendly. I've asked for someone to come fix things in my apartment and around the property and it has never been done. The trash is digusting. Our cars were broken into as well as our neighbors car. This place was built very cheap and is falling apart quickly.

Sounds like the Riverstone Residential Group (managment company) is pretty crappy. I live in one of their properties as well and it's the same thing here (Reserve at Thornton). Trash bins are emptied only once a week and often trash is everywhere around them (not to mention in all the breezeways and lawns). Children run wild (parent-free) & make so much noise you can often hear them above your TV or stereo. The kids ruin just about everything -- sprinklers, trees, handicapped parking spot signs, swimming pool lights... In fact last summer some kid pulled out that pool light so the management, instead of fixing the light, closed the pool for the rest of the summer (it happened in June, I think)-- so the rest of us suffered because they were too cheap to fix it. I have put many work orders in and only 1/2 the time do they come to fix whatever needs fixing. Many tenants here couldn't care less about being good neighbors and there's one guy who blares his car stereo every Saturday morning for hours. The cops are here at least 5 days a week (literally) for various things. The snow removal is a joke. The parking is too. I would never live here again and I'd never refer someone here. Sad to know it is all of the Riverstone properties.
