Well first off let me say that we have only been here for 1 year, but have seen enough of this place to get the hell out! All other posts are, sadly, very true! This place is a total nightmare. The office staff is too concerned writing up warnings and notices to do anything constructive around the complex. I have at least 4 things in my apartment that have still not been fixed from 8 months ago, outlets havent worked since I moved in, toilets broken, tile in the kitchen glue-sticked to the floor, not to mention the high heating bill because of cheap and poorly installed windows and doors. We just barely had the sidewalks plowed from the first snowstorm of the year and its the 23rd, yet we have recieved notices about taking our trash to the dumpster. Apparently it is a "fire hazard" to leave trash outside your door but the walk to the dumpster was covered with 4 ft of snow and drifts. The people above us think they are WWE superstars or something because they are constantly stomping, running, wrestling and vaccuuming at all hours of the night. Meanwhile me and my husband cant fart without the lady below us banging on floor. Not to mention I've also got a notice stating that my dog, a australian shepard, cannot be on my balcony unless he is on a leash or chain because maintenence complained they were scared he was actually stupid enough to jump off of a 2nd story balcony and maul them. Parking is like some elementary school fight to the lunch line. If you are not in a spot by night fall you will be walking to get to your building. Do yourself a favor and DONT MOVE HERE!
