Think twice before you move here!

My roommate and I definitely wish we had payed more attention to the reviews we read prior to moving in. The management switched over halfway through our lease, and since then, this place has been hell. The alleged "management" staff is rude, unprofessional, and do amazingly sloppy work...that is when they are there (read: never!). On most of the notices we recieved, the dates had already passed (months prior might I add...). When we wanted to add on a garage, it took me FOUR visits to the main office before they would even print out the garage addendum (A PIECE OF PAPER FROM THE COMPUTER). One of the girls in the office actually had the courage to tell me she couldn't help me with a staff complaint because she didn't understand the "big" words I was using. I mean, c'mon. This place has become an absolute joke. Aside from the goons running the office, the maintenence staff is very nice and they do get things done in a timely manner. In addition to that, I would give anything to be out of these paper-thin walls. Whenever we are home, all we can here are the doors slamming and people yelling below us. In fact, this morning our furniture was shaking because of this nuisance. Apparently the staff is just too busy doing...well...nothing instead of reinforcing the noise ordanence. Thank you for nothing Centennial East. I would rather rot than renew my lease in this hell-hole. Please consider this before moving in.

Perhaps YOU'RE the one who's rude to management - I've NEVER had a problem with them! They're always very nice!
And the notices they give us, the notices are posted the DAY BEFORE something goes into effect. I.E. the one about the trimming and stairs being painted. Was posted on ALL doors the day BEFORE they painted!
And as for noise... it's an apartment SWEETHEART! It's not going to be library-quiet. If someone below you is continuously violating noise regulations, it is YOUR responsibility to notify the police - then they will issue them a warning/ticket for the disturbance.
Your complaints are ridiculous, and have no merit. You're probably just pissed because you got caught putting garbage outside when you weren't supposed to and they gave you a fine. Or something equally as petty.
Get over yourself!
