Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived here for over a year and the apartments used to be pretty good - and the staff was very good. The apartments were bought by another management company who obviously cut costs and corners. The office people became very bad - like uncaring clueless kids at minimal pay, and the entire atmosphere became unfriendly. (Including the sign they started putting up by the rent box - on the 1st they put up a sign saying "Your rent is now late! Pay the full market rent plus fees immediately!" Are you joking me' I would bet $1000 that that one review "Can't believe everything you hear" was done by a staff member. Definitely would look elsewhere for apartments.
