I thought it was ok, until I started writing this...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I've been there for a year and this is what I have found:
-Overall apartment quality is OK. Little things tend to wrong (like a washer/dryer room door falling off the hinges on your head on a consistent basis). Just give up and leave it that way.
-Their system of calling a 1-800 number for maintenance is ridiculous. You should be able to talk to the leasing office.
-Noise problems are pretty limited.
-After you sign your lease, don't expect the leasing office to ever talk to you again.
-Garages suck.
-Prices are definitely competitive.
-Unless it's a major exception, you will not get out of your lease.
-I actually like the pool, but who cares'
-I MUST mention this - we had a car wreck or something and knock over our CO and US flag poles. Take a wild guess how long they were ON THE GROUND.
