I have really enjoyed living here. I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now and the management now is great. They are the best I have seen come through here. Sometimes there is a lot of mess from dogs but everytime I bring it up to the staff it is taken care of that day. I live on the top floor and have not had any problems with noise. The apartment is well kept and the new staff is very helpful. Sometimes its hard to get help on the weekends but during the week I have had no problems. They also just updated a lot of stuff and have made it really nice for the people living here already. I recommend living here to everyone. Bravo!

Living on the top floor is the only reason you don't have a problem with noise. I can hear neighbors get excited watching football, their dogs barking, and when they put away dishes... and that's just through the walls. I know the exact habits of the people living above me; when they get up, use the toilet, shower, etc. I viewed my apt at lunch time when the people above weren't home. If I would've toured this place when someone was there, I would've hauled tail outta there. But, I will agree that the new mgmt is much, much, much better.

I disagree - the new management doesn't seem interested in the inherited residents hardly at all - maybe they treat their new residents better. They never had any community function to introduce themselves or their company when they took over last year. I'm in the office a lot for packages and had several maintenance calls over the winter and they still don't know my name! While the old furnishings in the clubhouse needed touching up the new stuff is hideous and I'm sure we'll get hit for the cost of it in rent. My apartment floorplan I like very much but it is cheaply built which is somewhat hard to tell until you move in and hear your neighbors; but I haven't been in many apartments that that's not the case.
