Sure. They do a great job on anything that is "new tenant" facing. But after you have been here for a while, forget it.

I have lived here for several years and they have never replaced my carpeting or floor tiles. They have never refreshed the paint. I have asked for this and they said no. I talked to the assistant... the manager was to contact me. Never heard from her regarding this. This is not acceptable at the rent charged.

Regularly they post notices addressed to my building (and I'm sure all of them.) to remind people when to put out trash yet they often forget to pickup trash on my floor. They never let anyone know what the trash schedule is when there is a holiday week so no one knows when to put out trash. Then you have trash out for almost a week.

They pretend to control noise at the pool but this is also a crock. They have a gate they can lock at night but they hardly ever do this and this means there are load(I mean really loud) parties at 2, 3, 4 in the morning.

For the last 3 years the pool chairs have needed repair for the straps that were replaced by a poor vendor. So now half or more of the chairs allow your butt to fall through. Would have thought this an easy fix but then it isn't immediately visable until you actually use them which a potential tenant isn't likely to do.

Parking is ample except when there is a concert nearby(2-4 times a night in the summer). They could close the gate but often it is left open so concert-goers have an open invitation.
