I have lived here for more than 2 years and if you are a responsible tenant you will find that living here is a good experience.
The property is well maintained, the maintenance staff is responsive, I've always felt safe and the office staff is helpful and friendly.
My only complaint is that the interaction and communication I recieve from the management is often on the defensive against bad residents as opposed to a more service oriented approach for good tennants. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

This sounds as though it was written be an employee not a resident. I am looking for a place in CO and I read these reviews and take them seriously. This review makes this place look even worse in my eyes now!

I agree with you there Anonymous before me. Honestly with as many terrible reviews as this place has, a fake good review written by someone who stands to profit from more tenants applying for a lease just makes it look worse. How about instead of writing a good review to make yourself look better, you use that time to refurbish your terrible complex.
