Pros: The apartments are in nicer neighborhood. Shopping is only a hop away. Construction on the property is sturdy if not great so there is some sound proofing. Maintenance is super quick to at least TRY and fix your problems.

Cons: The apartments are somewhat old. Mgmt permits animals in the apartments so apartments wreak of urine even after the "move-in" clean up. I don't understand why Americans complain about poultry/animals living in BACKYARD with people in "third" world countries when they themselves keep animals in their first world homes and sleep and play in the defacation/urination of their living and bed rooms. Anyone see hypocracy here'' Also, the mgmt leases to students who stay in groups of 2-3 and are somewhat rowdy. The smaller apartments are rented to anyone who can pay rent and hence you have some teenage type rough elements who seem to be undesirable. This is supposedly a gated community however generally there is a gate open or broken that people get in from. On Sunday evening when not many people come looking for their mail, I saw some shady characters nudging on several mailboxs which is behind this "secure gates". If you come to visit the property come by the mailboxes and you will see a notice from the post office regarding mail theft.
