We moved to the Greenwood Plaza Apartment complex on July 10th 2007 and from day one we had nothing but problems. Problems that we shouldn't have to deal with, but that we have to deal with because of a very unprofessional staff!
First of all, before we signed the rent contract we've been promised the garage under our apartment ( i say promised, because we told them that if this wouldn't be the case we wouldn't sign). The second we had signed the contract we've been told that we actually couldn't get that garage because the staff would use it!!!! Then, a few weeks later, they gave us a garage in a totally different building, promising us that by mid september we'd get one on our side of the gate. Mid september comes (we've been paying for the garage) and we get a notice saying we should immediately come to the office otherwise they'd empty our garage. Turns out that we weren't supposed to have that garage, because they've promised it to the new renters living above that garage!
It's been 4 months now that we've been living here and every single one of the 5 rent bills they sent us was different! It is just impossible for them to calculate how much we have to pay in rent (including garage, sewer, trash, etc.), so every first week of the month we have to go back to the office!
They actually send US notices about wrong payments and every month they say they'd have fixed the bill problem. It's been 5 months now and we haven't seen a single change!
Besides a very unprofessional and pretty arrogant staff and the stress that comes with that, the complex has a serious problem with parking spots. There are not enough parking spaces, which means fighting for the last available one after 6PM.
I wish we could move out, but unfortunately we'll have to wait another 7 months.
I wouldn't recommand moving here, eventhough the complex looks really nice on the outside!

This is very true! It is almost impossible to find a parking spot after 6-7 P.M. What I hate the most about this apt complex is that there are Trashbags everywhere! Horrible!!!
