If you work in the DTC, this place is great. And the grounds look nice - except for the trash bags everywhere. Tenants are supposed to leave their trash on their stoops five mornings a week. People don't abide by the rules and so they put the trash out the night before. So most evenings and every morning you drive in to the complex and see everyone's pizza boxes and beer cartons absolutely everywhere. You must have a garage or you won't be able to park late at night as there is no assigned parking. The leasing staff (other than the GM) is terrible - one of the women actually gave a man from a cleaning crew a key to my apartment mistakenly, JUST HANDED A GUY MY KEY WITHOUT CHECKING ANYTHING, and he walked in on me. This lack of security is completely unacceptable. The printer in the "complementary business office" was out of order for more than a month. As for the good points, maintenance here is top notch. They kept my apartment in good working order and completely updated. My apartment looked very nice. The general manager is helpful. And the location is very good.

You know you rated this place a 5, when one of the staff gave your key away to some random guy and the guy actually opened your door and walked in on you. Lucky you were there, lest you have nothing left in your apartment after a work day. I wouldn't exactly classify this as a level 2 on the safety chart let alone a 5
