We moved into this apartment complex and were very excited to have our own place. We lived at another equity property and thought we would love it here. We moved in and had a great experience with the leasing consultant( heidi not jill) from the start.Heidi always knew what she was talking about and didnt tell us the wrong thing or lie to us to get us to sign. she was always honest unlike jill. she seems very lost at times and she didnt know alot. she would say things and then when we talked to management she would say she never said that. she lacks a backbone and customer service. She was very helpful and nice and knew our names and other residents names right away.she would already be getting our packages by the time we walked into the office. She was very good at getting our workorders entered on time. other office staff would not enter it in the computer so we went weeks before anything was done so we only would deal with heidi when we went in. the trash here is rediculous. it has gotten a little better but no one follows the rules. The business center is worthless at times because th computers either dont work at all or they dont print.
The assistant manager was not very friendly and she was rude at times too.At least shes gone.One huge thing that we did like about the community is that they started having community events. the leasing consultant (heidi) planned a couple of parties oe get togethers that were fun to go to. She had prizes and food and at least put an effort to plan something for us. I went in the office in november and asked for heidi and was told she was fired. first all of you shouldnt tell people that. its very rude and unprofessional. Secondly she should have stayed and the other leasing consultant or assistant manager should have been let go. I dont go into the office anymore and nothing is being planned to involve the resident since she left. We miss her and will be moving to where she is at now. The property manager is nice but seems to never be there. The maintence is awesome especially andrew. We will also miss him. Our time here was great becasue of heidi and andrew but since the beginning of december has been sad. I went over next door to greenwood park to look at there apartments and i refuse to move there becasue of the office staff. The parking is horrible and that will never change. The place is ok but not as great as it was since the office staff is different.
