I liked living here when I first moved in, but things went very downhill after a new management company came in. The parking here is horrible, and you will always find new dings in your car since the parking spaces are too narrow. Also, there is garbage everywhere. A lot of the people who live here have no respect for their environment, so they leave bags of trash in front of their buildings 24/7. It has gotten a little better in that department recently as the management FINALLY put garbage cans at every building, but people still put trash everywhere if the garbage can is full. Also, your rent will go up $70/month each year you renew. I would have stayed here with all the other faults, but I can no longer afford it.
