I take this serious and personally because I called this place home for three years.... If you have read the previous reviews that say it's a dirty and not taken care of with dog poop, yah right.... I encourage you to take a drive or stroll through!! It is always clean, I have been taken really good care of by the maintenance guys. The crap that was said about Shelli is complete bull! She is incredibly nice and friendly. She always asks about what's going on in my life and truley cares. I've lived in several nice apartments in Denver and never once had a member of the office even remember my name. Shelli is a great example of someone who cares about the residents and the complex and is truley genuine! For anyone who is considering moving in here, take what crazy people who are pist cuz they paid their rent late, disgruntled previous employees or whatever with a grain of salt. Happy people rarley express if their happy on apartment ratings unless its the office saying something good. I think they have like 150 or 200 apartments here and there are like 4 people that are unhappy... Big WHOOP what about the other however many that are happy' I love it here and will be renewing my lease again!
