I recently moved into Copper Terrace from Canada. I did alot of research before making my decision. From the earlist conversations with the office, they were informative, friendly and didn't get frustrated when I called many times with questions, like many places. I must say, after reading the last response and being a pet owner as well, I was a bit aprehensive. I did go on instinct and can say that that must be an angry person for some reason. When I arrived, everything was just as they said. My apartment was great! One maintenance man is a bit quirky but hardworking. The office employees are upbeat and always stop what they are doing to greet me and play with my dog. If I knew the complex owners, I would thank them for all the improvements. The place is very maintained and the pool is opened already. Parking is a challenge if you get home late.
