My sentiments exactly! I know whoever wrote the previous review might have had personal issues with this place, but it really does suck. The management is NEVER available! My boyfriend worked mornings and I worked nights. So basically there was only a 4 hour window that neither of us were there to discuss problems/ ask questions- and apparently that was the only time the office was open. Furthermore, when you finally DO get someone on the phone, they aren't willing to work with you, they try to get off as quickly as possible, and basically are so vague with any answer, it's not worth the time you've put in trying to speak to anyone anyway. Furhtermore, the parking really, REALLY sucks. If you get there after 7pm, all the spots are taken and you either have to make your own (and get a ticket) or park 1/2 mile away in lots reserved for businesses (also risking a ticket). I will say that the location is good (although you can hear traffic on Arapahoe very well), is generally safe (minor vandalism, etc.) and the maintenance guys are good. All in all, too pricey for what you get.

Amen sister. The office is never open during what are supposed to be normal business hours! Shelli is never there. Always out "sick" with some problem or another. Boyfriend, hungover, skin problems, doctor appointments. It think you get the gest of it.
