Horrible Management and Infrastructure

My husband and I moved into Courtney Downs last November and now we can't wait to move out once our year lease is up. Our apartment has had the pipes freeze 5 times, in which one of the times the pipes actually bursted and flooded our whole apartment. Every night that the temperature drops below 32 deg we have to leave all the faucets dripping which adds up to a water bill that is usually 3 to 5 dollars more a month. The garages below us are very loud. I asked the management to fix my shower handle because it wouldn't stay on and the first time they didn't fix anything because when I touched it it fell off again! I called again for them to fix it and the second time they still didn't do it right. It only turns 90 deg instead of the full 180 deg that it should turn. I gave up after that. They have only one trash compactor in the whole complex in which you have to put your garbage bags in the trunk of your car and drive it over because it is too far. Then once you finish your road trip to the trash compactor you have to jump, skip and hop over all of the garbage that has been lying there for weeks! It smells, and is unsanitary. I would not recommend moving here. The minute the lease is up we are out! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
