I have lived here 1 1/2 years and have never seen such a total disregard for customer service. I could go on and on with a list of complaints, however I just want the new renter to be aware NOT TO DRINK THE WATER. I have been unable to use the dishwasher because the water turns all my dishware brown and the same for the washing machine. The managment tried to give me some powder that doesn't work and they blame it on the water company. The management company is not local and never returns phone calls. They are extremely sneaky. They tell you that you have a package in the office when they want to see you or have you sign a renewal lease. They don't give you their lasts names. They are affraid because they run such a shady business. They never have the yards cleaned and don't enforce residents to pick up pet waste. The apartment looks really nice, however is was poorly built and you get to hear every detail of your neighbors private moments. As you can see from the previous renters comments, it's just not a good place to live. You can find a much better place to give your money too.
