I am a younger lady who was going through a divorce and having a hard time. I needed to find a place to live and quick. The prices were great but what followed was an experience I wasn't prepared for. I have rented over 7 apartments in my life and never ran across a more sneaky, underminding apartments complex. I was told all I needed to do was pass a apartment history check and I was in. After making me do all the foot work and call all the places to prove past rental was good they changed their minds and said I needed more or I wouls ahve to pay a bigger deposit. I jumped through hoops for these people and they were never satisfied. They were determined to suck me dry! The professionalism was below acceptable and there is no doubt they have no idea how to conduct business. So my recommendation is to run as fast as you can. Don't rent there, and thats coming from someone who never moved in.
