You know I have never been around people like this before in my life! I come from California & these people that supposedly run this place are very, very shady as listed in many others here.
1- office girl named Breanna - sleeping with guy in apartment building 13 many, many nights she has spent there - then the next day treating the rest of teh residents very bad due there fight they had in front of the building'
2- office manager who waves fee's for other residents but makes othere's pay of eveicts them and smashes there credit with a judgement'
3- office manager who drink & parties in the pool with under aged girls & it caught on camera and when threatened with a being fired suddenly the tape disappears'
4- wonder why your heating is so much in the winter' There is only plyboard on ALL your walls NO INSULLATION - the people that built this place are from Florida' Its a little colder here than Florida right' Piss poor building.
5- put in work order to get your air conditioner fixed in April '05 oh yeah still not fixed & its March of '06'
6- stop by the trash compactor any day in the morning on the way to work and check out the MOUND of garbage, couches, tables & vacuum cleaners - wonderful site you pay for..
7- pitbulls still live in building 2 - isnt there a questions about that on the lease if I remember that correctly'
8- office staff currently working there as of 3-1-06 sleeping with man in building 12' dating a pilot'
9- maintenance staff that does what ever it wants and makes up reason's to go into people apartments & then takes pictures of personal stuff in there apartment while the person lets them come into there house for other reasons mentioned on flyers'
10- as for the water in your house' This white stuff they give you to clean it up' Take a smell of that stuff and see if you dont end up in the emergency room at the hospital - good thing its close to the property thats for damn sure!
11- oh yeah did I mention the old manager was hanging out very intimately with the FOR RENT magazine girl, oh yeah she lives there too! Makes for good commission checks eah'
12- oh yeah did I tell you that I ran into a Centennial police officer that was looking for apartment 4307 and I was to know that a SEX OFFENDER was living there' What the f''' - I know that was on my lease for damn sure - hide your kids or get you guns - your call - but I got mine...
13- Did I tell you that when you are not liked on the property they will make it a person effort to do whatever it takes to either get you evicted or make so much trouble for you - you would trade this GREAT apartment for a single wide in a corn field in Nebraska.
14- oh yeah office management doing favors for husbands friend that lives in building 7' What the f... again I though we were all treated equally' Yeah wanna by some cement that floats'
15- check the crime rate in this complex before you move in also - oh yeah they failed to mention that to me also - better get a garage or damn good insurance on your ride thats all I gotta say...
16- oh yeah are you sure you feel safe paying your rent into a slot and some one just happening to misplace your rent check''' or trying to cash in on a washed check'' Want proof all you have to do is request it from the centennial police department - GOTCHA !!!
17- I gaurantee that if you ove into a building move into the empty building because if not, plan on hearing your neighbor every time they fart, yell or whatever it is that they are doing.
18- take care, get good health insurance, buy coats for the winter, dont swim in the pool or the pee tub, make sure your animals are vaccinated and protect them from the animals in the office at all times...
May god be with you - keep going down Jordan Road to another community, any of them just not this one....

oh brandt, you are sooo angry. don't you know that there are laws?!? get a lawyer... if you are right, you will win. but you're not.
