My son lives in this dump and has had nothing but problems with Wendy in the office for a long time now. She harasses him constantly, from changing late fee's on him from what his lease states to, charging him for cigarette butts that she has no proof comes from him or his apt. Cigarette butts are all over the grounds and do blow around, leaving him a note with a fine to pay $50 is wrong and she cannot prove anything. She looks for any reason to harass him and give him grief. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless she was out of there. The other office staff has been great to him, she on the other hand is a pain!!!
