Water here is awful. Surprised we didn't get some disease from drinking and showering in it. Trash situation is the worst I have ever seen. I don't think the trash compactor is run more than 2 times a month, and it's the ONLY one for the entire complex. We hardly ever feel safe letting our 4 yearold step foot out of the apartment. The cops c ntinually have to show up at all hours of the day. Once our neighbor was arrested, after leaving a trail of blood down the steps, and the office had no idea that the cops had even shown up. They even had the audasity to turn away the fire truck when there was a call of a domestic dispute. On top of that it took the maintnance two weeks to clean up the blood, after SEVERAL complaints. Then when someone lost their "cookies" on the step it took them a whole week to clean that up. Our car was hit and then later the back window shot out by some kids playing with a BB Gun. The office staff has no idea what Customer Service means. All they care about is your money and continually try to find ways to get more out of you. Don't even think about putting in a service request and expect it to be done in a timely manner. I would NEVER recommend anyone to ever rent here.
