This is a big apartment complex, yet there is only one dumpster for the entire place (there should be two or three), it is always overflowing so you have to leave garbage on the concrete next to the dumpster. Then the idiot staff sent a form letter stating not to do that. How stupid!! Do these morons even think' What is the alternative, start stacking garbage in your bedroom' The office staff are brain dead and their leader Nancy acts like Queen -----, she is above it all, real arrogant attitude. There are dogs barking everywhere, water tatse like crap, forget important conversations they had with you, you can here LOUD sounds when other apartments flush the toilet, sewer smell come out the battub and sink due to some incorrect venting when the place was constructed, walls are paper thin, they don't tell you that you have to pay water/sewer/trash when they talk to you about rates and surprise it runs about $50 per month. In the gym the of the three treadmills one is usually broken. Copier in the business office is usually broken and they say their budget can't get it fixed. The maintenance guy (Gabe and is non-talking sidekick) are rude and they, like Nancy seem to think they are above it all.
This is a terrible place!!!
