A major noise issue. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors' talk down to the last word. If you choose the first floor - Blame Yourself. Every neighbor's step upstairs - their steps, banging, talking.... is excrusiating. And the management doesn't give a damn. All they do is find excuses. The water is horrible, the minute you wash your dishes - they are all white in some kind of stinky residue. The pipes in the bathroom are so smelly, makes you throw up - Mehhhhh!
The only good things about these apts is plenty of parking space.
Never ever rent here - you will be glad you did. For this price I would suggest renting a small house where you'll have piece and quite.
