I suppose some people don't know what luxury apartments mean or they just haven't lived in one before to tell a difference. We decided to rent here since we sold our house in Castle Pines and wait for our second one to be built. We have lived in luxury apartments before and know exactly what they are supposed to deliver. Why all of the sudden compare it Colfax apartments and not the other luxury apartments. How can you compare a cheap condo in Montbello to lavish estate in Cherry Hills. If you are to compare these apartments please do so in relativity to other luxury apartments and not Colfax.
For us the experience was not that great. Yes, the management is friendly and the overall look is appealing but the noise issue due to the poor construction was absolutely the worst. You can hear just about everything your neighbors do: their talk, walk, singing, flashing the toilet and what they watch. As it also appeared later that the management allowed 7 people to live in a 2 bedroom apartment above us. The water is very poor quality and there a constant dumpster issue. The construsction quality is NOT luxury.
For this price I would suggest to look at other luxury apartments or if you ever decide to rent at Colfax as one resident suggested here - don't forget you will pay half less for what you get here and may be that is worth it.

Wow, If you feel that you need to rate this place so poorly then why didn't you move to a high rise downtown? maybe an apartment in Cherry Hills? You obviously got an apartment at ths place because you liked it so it's your own fault you know that it's not in the middle of castle pines or cherry hills so why would you even consider it in the first place I happen to enjoy this place very much and I think it's way nicer then the apartment right next door to us or even the condos across the street. We are the nicest looking complex around here and you're still complaining. You have no one else to blame but yourself. I've been living here for years and I have not even once complained as much as you have in you're 2 paragraphs. Thats sad.
