I have lived at Courtney Downs since the very beginning and love it here, everytime I have a maintenance request it is done in a timley manner as far as the office goes I have only experienced professional coustmer service from the team. And as far as the water in the complex if any of you had brain you would know that the water problem is all over the entire Arapahoe County area and not just at Courtney Downs, it seems to me that mabey the people that are complaining are just the ones that want to break the rules and the office is not letting you get away with it, so if you just do what the lease requires of you then you will not have any problems with the office.
