This place is the worst. When I moved in I had several problems with my apartment. I put in a request to have these fixed and a month later I was still calling the office to find out when they would be taken care of. I realized that the only way to get something fixed was to fix it yourself. One of the major things I hated about this place was the pigeon problem. I live by the pool and it's a great view but everymorning I was woke by the pigeons. I also put in a request to see what they could do about that problem and they told me that I was the only one complaining about the problem and that they have not realized that there was one. I told them I had just spent several hundred dollars in patio furniture and I didn't appreciate having bird crap all over it. This winter it had snowed several times and they never bothered to clear the ice from the parking lot and when my son was dropped off to come visit me, he slipped on the ice and hit his head on a car. I called the office the next day and was furious about the safety around this place. Again they told me they didn't realize they had a problem. I called the area manager on this issue and she told me the same thing, I told her that there is no signs that say "ICE" and that they never tried to remove the ice for the residents,I then told her for being a area manager she wasn't too courious about the property she managed nor the safety aspect of the property. My lease is now up and I wanted to move into another building which has a bigger apt. and they told me that i had to pay a $450 transfer fee plus all deposits. I told them they could keep the place because my lease was up and it would be considered a new lease.
If you are wanting to moving to this complex I would reconsider and look elsewhere.

I find this review extremely funny. For one you live in Denver so snow is a usual occurrence, Ice being something that tends to follow or precede snow. uh oh we're living in Denver post signs everywhere to tell people the one thing that is already painfully obvious. THEIR WILL BE ICE ON OCCASION!!! and second apartment complexes only have so much control over something I like to call wildlife the key word in there being WILD. I guess they could put up a net to surround the entire complex to keep out all animals and birds but their is only so much that can be done. and as for the furniture getting soiled on, I guess if I'm walking down the street in some city somewhere and I get pooped on then suddenly that city has a bird problem and they NEED to do something about it because this inconveniences me. I had a flock of geese that lived outside of my apartment where I live for months and never complained, even though they were a little annoying. Why? because I understand that it's part of life and everything in this world isn't always going to go according to my plan. AKA such is life. Guess I should expect everyone and everything to line up to my every wish then things would be perfect :).
