I just moved in not too long ago and it is great. There is no patrol car which is awesome. Some people don't pick up dog crap so there isnt a risk of a fine if the same happens to you. The staff are young and never at there desks which I like as they seem very laid back and nice. It is also relatively inexpensive for a three bedroom in that area. Plus there is no dog weight limits which is rare. All in all a good move.
