When I first moved here I liked it. The apartment my boyfriend and I got is really spacious especially for a one bedroom. When we moved in though we realized we had an issue. Our apartment smells like dog urine. One day the maintance guys came out because the hose for the kitchen sink just drips, not sprays, we asked them straight up if they could smell the dog urine. They obviously denied it and didn't even offer to clean our carpets. We even talked to the manager and gave us the "oh, that sucks, I'm sorry" but didn't offer anything. The water pressure completely sucks. Don't even try to shower while you are doing laundry cause the thing to start the shower won't even pull down due to lack of pressure. Everyone here is so noisy and there is a couple that screams at each other every night.
There was an apartment across the way that was empty and the maintance managers son was "living" there, sneaking in at night having parties. When I brought that up the leasing manager said the guy had shown his son the apartment but he wasn't living there. So that's how I know who it was and nothing was done about it. I even called the cops cause isn't that breaking and entering' They said there was nothing they could do about it. Even though when they knocked on the door all the lights shut off. Isn't that suspicious' Obviously the were doing something under the table that lasted for 2 weeks. That made me so f***ing mad I can't even explain. Parking is horrible. We finally broke down and are now paying $90/month for a garage. The front door doesn't shut right so it's freezing in the winter. Maintence started out good, but now sucks. Even though its the same people. Staff and managment sucks because they don't take care of serious issues. The noise here is horrible, no one respects each other and no one seems to know how to drive on the right side of the road here. Can't wait to move out!!!!! Did I mention it's way overpriced for how crappy it is''
