I have lived at courtney downs for just over a year and i love this place. The s in the leasing office are always helpful and extremely friendly. Even if your just popping in to get a package or have a quick question they always make you their main priority. The grounds crew is great I'm always proud to bring friends over to see where I live. Everybody is incredibly friendly and helpful. Eutopia' Maybe not, but the closest place to it. Anybody looking for a place to rent i strongly suggest checking out Courtney Downs.

Apparently whomever wrote this works in the leasing office. The gentlemen on the grounds staff are so rude and act like you are bothering them. The leasing office never do what you ask of them...even if it's to turn on a light so you can see at night. They are always on personal phone calls and ignore you until they are done talking. I think this review is so ridiculous!!!

I agree! This is ridiculous!! The people in the leasing office are incredibly rude and act like they HATE their jobs. I have had multiple problems with my apt and I don't even bother to report anything because I know it won't get fixed (ie outside entry light out, faucet leak, etc). The trash is ALWAYS overfilled and now with the extra dumpster it now looks especially dumpy. People let their dogs poop ALL OVER the place and NEVER clean it up, yet if you leave a bag of trash outside your door for 20 minutes before taking it out, you get fined $75 per bag.... I can't WAIT to move!!
