All in all, so far not a bad place to live. We just moved in not too long ago, and cant complain about much, until this week. Rent was due, we paid and left it in the drop box. My wife and i were out of town, got home to a nice note on our door saying we didn't pay rent (No call from the leasing office saying they didnt recieve rent). The manager wasnt exactly too willing to work with us until we told her we're not paying the fines... Needless to say, GET RECEIPTS and DO NOT drop off your rent check in the drop box unless you want to pay insane fees for their so called mistakes..

It sounds like the manager waived your late fees, what are you complaining about? Quit being a baby and pay your rent on time like the rest of us have to.
