This complex isn't too bad.
Snow removal is not kept up and maintance will not clean up after the rabbits that have made a home here.
They are quick with maintance in the apartments homes.
However, if you have children the staff will give violations for them playing in your home if your neighbors don't like kids.
They prefer single or couples who are never there and back absolutely no noise.
The structure is bad because you can hear neighbors walking, etc.
in their apartment.
