Tiny parking spots, bad water (not their fault but worth noting), constantly changing management, increasing prices, poor snow removal.

Same complaints as everyone else.

Yes you can hear your neighbors --> shower, toilet, washing dishes, arguing, watching TV, making woopie.

Beware of the black widows in the garage, I think the garages were built on a hell mouth or something, there were always a few spawned black widows in there.

The maintenance staff is awesome.

They even made sure our cat didn't escape when they replaced the water heater.

The maintenance guys are extremely friendly and helpful.

I think they fixed our garbage disposal 5 times which I'm sure was my fault for putting food down there I shouldn't have.

I never dealt with the management enough to have much of an opinion.

My wife and I lived there for 3 years, the rent kept going up so we moved.

Plus its an apartment, they are never that much fun to live in.

We decided to spend the extra money for the comfort of a house.
