I have lived at Dove Valley since it opened approx four and 1/2 years ago, and I love this place.
The location is great, the employees are great, and it is a wonderful place to live.
I have never had my car broken into like I have at other properties that I have lived and I don't know of any neighbors that have had that happen to them either.
Dove Valley is monitored by an arapahoe county sherriff, whom is the nicest and most helpful person you will meet.
The grounds guy is an awesome person always taking time out of his day to make sure that you know he knows your there and an important part of the property.
The maintanence staff is always very reasonable time wise with repairs in the apartment and they don't do those crazy temporary fixes like a lot of other apartment complexs.
Or start a repair and never come back to finish.
The office staff is always friendly and does an awesome job of taking care of anything that needs to be done, whether it be a problem with your account, maintenance requests made up, or just listening to requests for the property.
Dove Valley is definately a surpurb place to live.

You work for Carmel right? What about the dog poop that you step in every time you go to your car? How about the water which leaves a film on all the dishes? How about the exhorbitant rent increases, the lousy carpeting that needs to be stretched after 5 months? How about the pets that are always barking or the ones that are never on a lease?
