Anything they can do to charge you more money they will! We stayed for our whole lease and because we didn't inform them we were moving within 30 days (we gave them notice, but not 30 days) they just sent us a bill for 1200 dollars! More than our monthly rent was! I called customer service and they said my only option was to take them to court!

it states on a person's lease that you are required to give thirty days notice- so the place can let people like me who are looking know what is coming available- duh-
