My water heater has been leakng for months - their answer "It's normal for it to do that sometimes". Well it leaks so bad that the water splashes and puts the pilot light out. I have woken up to no hot water 3 times in the last 4 months. They come relight it, can't duplicate the issue, and tell me it's just fine. ( they can't duplicate the issue because they leave in 5 minutes. It takes 20-30 minutes for the water heater to heat up enough to start expanding and build up pressure and then it leaks ).

Plus the first 2 times I called on this issue, their response is "We are short staffed in the maintenance department, so it could take a couple days".

A COUPLE DAYS'' How about you try going to work with no hot shower, try coming home from a workout and have no hot water to clean you off. Wash any of your dishes with no hot water''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

I am having the same problem in my apartment, I just moved into Dove Valley 3 weeks ago, and since then I have had a number of things go wrong with the apartment. Not to mention last night I had to take a freezing shower when it is below zero outside, and when the guy came up to fix it, he said that is was working fine and that there is nothin wrong, if there was nothing wrong then why did I have to take a freezing cold shower. The maintance staff is uneducationed and doesn't give a damn about doing anything right.
