Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2007-01-01
I moved into Dove Valley Last year. The managers at the time were great but as Carmel always does, they switches the management staff and these new three ladies are horrible. The leasing agent dresses like a harlot and the head manager just does not seems to care. The new asst mgr ( a month old) is actually pretty nice and helpful. The office staff never seemed to be in the office. We even had a time frame of a few days were the phone service to the office was disconnected. Not good for people who need to reach them. The complex is way to expensive for the spaces. The apartments are nice don't get me wrong there but for $ 990-1200 for the apartment, it not a bargain.Plus you have to pay $100 extra for a optional garage , which is pretty small in itself
The old maintenance staff was good but the new ones are not so great. The water is terrible and leaves orange rings around everything and lord help you even you leave for more than a week because then the water comes out black for about 3 min and then smells like sulfur ( rotten eggs for hours). I am so glad to move from there, they wanted to raise the rent too much and in Denver most people can a 2 or 3 br house for what they want for the apartment and garage. Carmel Partners should stop worrying about their profit and concentrate on keeping their residents pleased and wanting to stay. The walls are thin and people will yappy dogs can keep you up for days.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENT, THERE ARE BETTER BARGINS AND NICER PLACES OUT THERE.
