Stay away unless you belong in a trailer park. This used to be a nice complex, now it is a dog toilet. No one picks up after their dogs. There is feces everywhere. Managment charges plenty for pets, they should use the money to hire a service to pick up after the dogs. People leave their dogs on the balcony's all day when they aren't at home and the dogs bark incessantly all day long.

Rent is raised over 12% annually, and they do not paint, or take care of the carpets. Pool is only 5' deep, and people are in the hot tub fully clothed, or not clothed at all. This is a glorified trailer park with typical trailer trash.

Don't even try to park your car in the lot, these idiots will bash your doors until all the paint falls off. Sprinkler system wets the cars nightly and the hard water will ruin not only your paint, but also all of your dishes.

I do not know what you have to complain about. This is apartment living. if you want a yard free of dog doo, and no one giving you door dings, then you need to buy a house. As for the rent raise. You need to consider how far below market rent you are paying. No one ever guaranteed that you would not have to pay market rent at the end of your lease. my rent went up less than 1% because i was paying closer to what the apartment is worth!

How nice of Carmel management to post a response. "Market rent gave you away, tenants do not refer to it that way. However, I don't agree with you, dog poo is not something you should have to deal with, you collect enough for these pets, you can pay a service to pick up after the tenants who are too inconsiderate to take care of it themselves. But you are right about one thing, I did move out and I did buy a house! Looks like your other tenants feel the same way, in case you didn't notice, your ratings suck

News flash, I posted the first response, and I have nothing to do with the company other than renting from it. I own a dog, and pick up after her because I am a responsible owner. As for the use of the words "market rent" what else would you call it, an educated person calls it "market rent".
