Dove Valley

Moved to Dove Valley August 07 - no serious complaints. Typical apartment stuff, yes, you can hear your neighbors occasionally. Some pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. The water is hard and might leave hard water stains on your dishes. The first time this happened, I called and someone came up and fixed my dishwasher and all was fine after that. Snow removal happened the next morning after each big snow. Parking is fine, I do get late from work sometimes and have to park one building away, but that's what getting home at midnight will do.

The office staff is professional and nice. I will say that the maintainence staff is awesome. I once threw my keys in the dumpster with my trash and was locked out of my apartment on a snowy, sunday afternoon. I went to the office and they paged the maintainence manager who was on duty, and he came from his own apartment and retrieved my keys out of the dumpster.

Dove Valley is a very quiet complex. The only times I've heard loud noises is recently w/ kids out of school and playing at the pool. Other than that, no crazy neighbors shouting at the top of their lungs.

Brand new computer room, with 3 systems. The gym is fine and there's an indoor tanning bed which is brand new. I often walk my dog at odd hours, bc of my job. I've never felt scared walking around the complex at 4:30 in the morning or at midnight.

Overall, great place to live. The only reason we are moving is bc I am being relocated to South Carolina. I'm trading in the snow for the beach. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
