Dove Valley

 

I love this community and I love my home.

We're in a really good location and my apartment is beautiful.

I have and will continue to recommend Dove Valley.

My only complaints are w/ individual people/employees.

Most of my neighbors are wonderful.

and the office does a lot of events and gatherings which a bunch of people go to.

I know more of my neighbors here than I have any where else I've ever lived.

The asst mgr, Michelle, in the office is hit or miss, either she's in a good mood and sweet heart or she's in a bad mood and unless you want your head bit off you'd better keep your distance.

The property manager, Faith, is nice, and when she's in if you want soemthing taken care of she's the one to go to, she always seems to go out of her way to help.

The leasing girl, Collene (or maybe Charlene) talks too much.

I've even seen her choose to not answer the phone because she was busy talking to a resident about her pet cats.

She used to be more on top of things, but the past few months she seems to be dropping the ball a lot, also she can be really loud, sometimes I can hear her talking and laughing from outside, which isn't too bad, but sometimes I get bad headaches and have to avoid the office all together haha.

The girls are all nice and mean well but I think they could work a little harder, learn to follow through, and be more on top of customer service.

They could use some help with the trash all around.

There is one guy who is always walking around (I think his name is Karl) with a pick up stick and a bucket but I constantly see him walking by trash, he seems lazy, and always wears his pants down past his butt.

The maint tech, JP, he's great! He's always there at the drop of a hat, they keep hiring new maintenance supervisors and they all seem like idiots.

The last supervisor was lazy, he always half assed work orders I put in, and never talked to me.

He'd come in w/ JP to do some work and he'd walk right past me with out saying a word, then you'd hear him telling JP "that's good enough" and he'd just walk out, not even making eye contact.

JP would then stick around and work on whatever they were working on and then come and explaine to me what the problem was, what they did, ask if I had questions.

To be honest I think everyone else could use to learn from JP and Faith.

They have the best customer service.

The newest person is the new maint supervisor and he's been here for maybe a week' Maybe it's just because he's new and uncomfertable but I always hear him asking JP what to do or how to do things.

I really hope that either he gets it together fast or just leaves all together and then JP would take the job.

But other than a few issues with employees I think this is a great place to live.

and if you do get someone who doesn't know what they're doing just ask for Faith or JP and then everything will be taken care of perfectly.
