This community is very noisy. There are too many people stacked up in one apartment. Parking is a nightmare if you come in late at night. People hanging out in them at all hours. Maintenence is only done if you threaten to report them, and even then, it is never finished correctly. Children are running all over the grounds wild without supervision. Many apartments leak. Sidewalks are cracked and raised. Trees have dead branches falling down all over. Outside lights are constantly burned out and broken, sometimes laying on the sidewalk for weeks. Trash is all over the lawns as well as scattered all over by the dumpsters. Apartment doors and windows do not seal. Pool is dirty. Broken and dirty washers in laundry room. Parking lot not clean. Nor is it cleared of snow in the winter.
