I am not sure what this person is talking about in the other review. I have lived at Falcon for about 6 years. The manager that is currently there has always been great, Maintenance although SOMETIMES slow is efficient. The grounds are kept very well, and have always been. There are alot of trees and it is absolutley beautiful here. I love this place and plan on retiring here in the next year and spending atleast the next 5 years here. I definitly recommend the place.
