I myself was not particularly pleased. There is not enough parking, and they charge for a reserved spot. We moved in after the big blizzard in 2003 ('). They offered covered parking, at an extra $25 a month. The snow had collapsed the roof on the "covered parking", and it took them the entire 6 months of our lease before they fixed it. We still had to pay the money for the parking spot. There seem to be a lot of low class people there, not all but alot. The neighbor kids used to take soccer, and basketballs and hit our cars with them to make the alarms go off. When we told management, they told us to quit arming our vehicles. In that neighborhood, Yeah right! We had alot of trouble with the neighbors blaring latino music at midnight everynight (expecially weekdays). There were a few times we left for work in the A.M. and car windows were broken out. I think it was a residen, because none of the cars with alarms ever got hit. The A/C was no where large enough to cool our small two bedroom apartment, which made sleeping in the summer awful. And maintenance was a pain. They had to bug bomb, and couldn't give us an estimate of what time. We needed to know, because we had two cats, and had to find something to do with them that day. I ended up having to take a day off work. It was the first time I'd ever seen a roach before, even if it was dead (hence the bug bomb). They charge alot of miscellaneous, unecessary fees. Like extra funds to steam clean the carpets, since we had pets. What they don't steam clean them otherwise' Yuck. The grounds were not in bad shape though, even though the laundry room was kinda scummy. All in all, I would never live there again, but it's OK if you need a place.
