OMNI was a nightmare From: ooey71 Date posted: 6/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997   I liked the apartments fine but dealing with OMNI properties was a nightmare. I could not get back my entire deposit even though I took very good care of the apartment and left it exactly as it was when I moved in. I was told part of deposit must go towards new paint, etc. I did have an issue with the carpet. Living at garden level, in the blizzard of 97, snowmelt did seep in under the wall outside the apartment into the living room. It took nearly a month to fix and they still claimed I had somehow flooded my living room on purpose.
