1.The rent is to expensive $$$$ not worth the money you pay.

2.The Leasing staff is only there to collect a pay check they do not care about the residents. There to busy talken crap about the residents.

3.The maintenace staff do not know what there doing.It takes for ever to get work orders done. It done half ass. or they say there is nothing wrong.

4.The grounds are dirty they do not belive in picking the trash up or cleaning the trash cans areas.

5.The light are burned out all over the property.

6.The parking sucks you have to park out on the street and hope no one breaks in to your car or steals it.

7.The safety none what so ever. People are fighting or drinking in the breezways.

8.The snow is not shoveled you take a chance walking on the side walks.

9. The pool table and the hot tub and the weight room are there only for show. You are not able use them.

10.The better class of people are a bunch of illegals or gang bangers or pot heads or hookers way to go foothills.

11.The leasing staff rent apartments that have bed bugs and roaches and will not tell you.

THEY SUCK! what out for staff they are two faced lieing ------- and the assistant book keeper is a snake in the grass Be careful with your personal information she will sell it to her family of friends.

I very much agree with your post but is really necessary to degrade people saying only illegals reside there. This place is not a great place to live only because of management not because of residents.
