The Foothills has left a bad taste in my mouth.

let start by saying you do not want to rent from the foothills. Con Am does not care about the rsidents needs or problems. There only in it for the money. The management is pretty bad you call in a work order and they lie to you and say they gave it to maintenance when they never even wrote it down. the staff in the office sit and talk crap about the residents. The property is not safe. it is dirty and un kept. The apartments have bed bugs and roaches. Cars are allways being broke in to. drug dealing going on all the time. They try to over charge you. they lie about everything.
